My City Lookbook

I like to think of myself of as a stylish city girl. Of course, we always wonder what to wear in the city and so I thought I would show you a few stylish and city-ready looks!

All of these looks are pretty simple and easy, most of them use the same staple pieces which makes it super convenient. I sometimes go into the city for work stuff but then want to have a simpler coffee shop look, these styles allow me to switch things up a bit.

This red blazer I got from Forever 21 a while ago, although I don’t wear it too much it is the perfect casual business outfit, I would say this is a meeting ready. For bloggers we don’t always have the typical office meetings but sometimes a meetup at a coffee shop or a great foodie place.

This outfit brings out the classy bits while also being somewhat of a style rebel with the jeans. I love how the heels add yet another pop of color to this outfit. Blues, reds, and whites usually comment each other very nicely so with this outfit I wanted to show just exactly that!

City spot finder: Looking for a lovely meeting place and or fashion photo shoot backdrop? The Embarcadero is filled with smaller piers that are open and have a wonderful setting, some of them even have tables and chairs set out.

Well, we all love the cozy sweaters and chill sneakers, or at least I do! If I am just going around the city or meeting up with friends then I will style things down a little bit. I love how gray is such an in style color at the moment and it works with just about everything.

For this outfit I took my regular jeans and added a cute little cuff to the bottom, making it more relaxed and playful. Then I dressed up a simple tank top by adding one of my favorite gray cozy sweaters. It really gives you options depending on the weather.

Well, of course, any Lookbook would not be complete without a stylish and fancier outfit. So much blue is in this, the colors pop and give a lovely glow as you walk around the city.

This is again an outfit with those staple jeans, but just dressed up with some suede navy blue pumps and a soft blue sweater with super cute zip sides from Hawk & Holly! I did not add to any accessories but even just with the sunglasses, it makes the outfit look a bit more classy. I think you can add whatever you want, jewelry or a nice handbag.. options!

City tip: Be sure to check out the Palace Hotel, it is a beautiful place and they have amazing architecture inside and out! not to mention their signature afternoon tea is something that is an enjoyable afternoon outing.
